QGuide.com Contests Terms and Conditions

QGuide.com, in conjunction with Spartacvs Hotel in Bali, will be giving away TWELVE week-long (6-nights) stays until 31st December 2009.  The following terms and conditions apply:

• Two stays will be given away each month.
• Monthly contests announced on QGuide.com will determine conditions of entry and activities required for entry.
• Room Occupancy: 1 or 2 persons/room (you can either stay by yourself or bring along a friend)
• This offer is valid for three (3) months from the drawing date.
• Duration: 6 nights free
• Inclusions: Return airport transfers, room tax, room service charge, daily breakfast, welcome drink on arrival and Spartacvs member card
• NOT Included: Drinks from the bar, food from restaurant, in room massages, tours, drinks & snacks from mini bar, food & beverages from 24hr room service, laundry services, phone charges and WiFi internet service.
• Hotel stay only - no airfares are included.
• Spartacvs is a "Men Only" Hotel and no women & children admitted
• Men must be over 18 years of age.
• Clothing is 100% optional
• A credit card (only MasterCard or Visa) or cash deposit must be used at check in, to cover incidentals.
• Passports will be photo copied during check in and registered with local police ( Indonesian law ).
• If a winner would like to extend their stay after the 6 nights, they will be charged the applicable internet rate and given a 5% discount.
• Whenever possible, the Hotel will offer a complimentary room upgrade to a Deluxe Room, subject to availability.
• All Australian passport holders are required to obtain a Visa on Arrival (VOA) at Bali International Airport, payable in USD. 7 day Visa US$10 / 30 day Visa US$25, these Visa's are non-extendable. There is a IDR 150,000 (approx AUD$17.75) departure tax, payable in Indonesian Rupiah.
• An accommodation voucher will be sent by email to all winners, by the Hotel, with confirmation details.
• Blackout dates: this free package is not available during the following dates:
  Easter Week   08 APR 2009 - 15 APR 2009
  High Season    01 JUL 2009 - 31 AUG 2009
  Peak Season   19 DEC 2009 - 15 JAN 2010
• Rooms are subject to availability, as determined by the management of the hotel
• The free package expires 3 months from the announcement of each month's drawing
• The free accommodation package is not transferable (the only exception will be if a woman wins) and not redeemable for cash
• Only one entry per person
• Winners will be notified by QGuide soon after each monthly draw.
• Winners must confirm acceptance of prize by return email to QGuide within one week of being notified, failure to do so will result in a redraw taking place.
